Answer a few questions about your family and your budget. Vallie builds your plan, finds land that fits it every week, and tells you exactly what to do next.

A porch that catches the sunset. A garden out back. A little house for your parents, close enough to walk over for supper.
That’s where it starts.
Does it flood? Can you get to it? Can you even put a house on it? Vallie checks each parcel against public records, so the only places you drive out to see are the ones worth the drive.
And every week, Vallie emails you new listings that fit your plan. It checks those too.

Pick the month you want to be ready to make an offer. Vallie gives you one small step a week to get there.
Finding the land is the first step. Then come the surveys, the builder’s quotes, the garden, and someday a little house for your parents. Vallie keeps all of it in one place, for everyone in the family.
Founding families get in first, at a price that won’t come back. There’s no launch date yet, so there’s nothing to pay today.
Some of the land Vallie finds will be sold to members, right here, on Field Day.
Every parcel is checked top to bottom before the sale opens: title, survey, soil. You get a month to review or visit it. On some of the properties, you can make a fair monthly payment instead of paying all cash.
We’re starting in a few places first. Tell us where you’d buy, and you’ll hear first when Field Day comes near you.

Credits pay for the checks Vallie runs on each parcel: flood, soil, roads and more. The founding year includes some. After founding, credits are sold separately.
